清扫 assets/：保留 C 版终稿 Logo 与上架文档，删除过时概念稿/脚本

- 保留：assets/logo/DoTouchAI_icon_C_*.{png,webp}（C 版终稿）+ assets/store/ 上架文档与截图
- 删除：logo 概念稿/DSH 字母标/kailin 标/旧图标、轮询脚本与日志
- 修正：上架文案/商业化方案中过时 Logo 引用
