建立：2026-08-23。维护规则：开发中一切平台能力问题先查本库；本库没有的，查官方文档站；官方文档不明确或存在歧义的，记录到 open-questions.md 并请产品负责人判断，不得自行猜测。

本地 SDK d.ts（~/Library/OpenHarmony/Sdk/26.0.0/ets/api/）——随工程 targetSdk 版本走的权威 API 面，见 local-sdk-api-map.md
官方文档站（developer.huawei.com/consumer/cn/doc/）——注意：站点为 SPA，curl 抓不到正文，需浏览器阅读；入口目录见 huawei-docs-catalog.md
社区文章/论坛——仅供参考，必须以 1、2 复核
